Teenagers Nobody Believes

A run of American teen horror from Carrie to Scream 2. They rhyme on one setup: kids see the monster first, whether it's a slasher, a vampire next door, a cursed car or a dream killer, and the adults won't listen until it's too late.

Mostly crowd favourites and sleepover staples that are easy to put on, with a few cult objects like Phantasm, The Funhouse and Slumber Party Massacre for horror fans who want to dig further back; several are gory, but the tone is usually more fun than punishing.
