Desire with Fangs

A run of films where hunger for the body turns monstrous, from vampires and Cenobites to aliens and car-crash fetishists; they rhyme on seduction as predation and pleasure that can't be told apart from pain.

Most of these are cult and arthouse horror with a couple of lavish gothic crowd-pleasers as the way in; they're gorgeous but often grisly and sexually unsettling, so save them for a night when you want to be disturbed rather than entertained.
