Is it an Anatomy of a Fall-style debate machine that trusts you to argue both sides, or does it both-sides a case of child discipline vs. state overreach — the film-fan fight is over whether Mungiu's ambiguity is rigor or evasion.
Its footprint
It extended NEON's absurd streak to seven consecutive Palme d'Or winners, and the first-look image of a bald, unrecognizable Sebastian Stan did the rounds on film Twitter months before Cannes.
